1. Do I need an account or email address to play?
No! You can click Play Immediately and build your 9×9 town right away with zero login walls. Whenever you want to protect your Town Name with a password so you can play on another device, just visit Town Passport Login.
2. How does the 4-click Center Welcome Gift work?
Every new 9×9 grid places a glowing 🎁 TAP ME! Welcome Gift in the exact center square. Clicking it 4 times (`25% → 50% → 75% → 100%`) unwraps your 🏡 Cozy House, awards bonus Hugs, and reads a funny saying out loud.
3. Why does the voice sound so clear, and how do I mute it?
Our speech reader automatically selects a warm female voice on your device and reads the exact saying shown on screen. You can toggle all sound on or off anytime using the 🔊 SOUND ON/OFF button in the top-right corner of the Town Builder.
4. If I visit a friend's town from the Leaderboard, will I lose my own town?
Never! Visiting a neighbor opens a safe Public Preview Banner at the top of the screen where you can send them a 639 Hz Hug or gift a `$4` Care Chest, then click 🏡 Return to My Town to jump right back to your own saved grid.
5. How do I restore my purchase on a new tablet or cancel a Steward Pass?
Go to Customer Portal & Restore (`/portal.php`), enter your Town Name, Email, or `HUG-...` Order Reference, and click Restore Town & Perks or Manage / Cancel Subscription.
